A Sticky Situation

Do you ever have those moments as a mom where you decide you're going to be that spontaneous, super cool, and fun mom who decides on a whim that you'll do a fun project with your kids just because you know they will love it, even though it will probably make the biggest mess! If i'm being honest, I wish I was this kind of mom more often!!!
But, I do have my moments, and here's what came from our latest memory making project....
and it didn't dissapoint....it was messy beyond messy!!! But....they had a blast with their pudding creations!
and p.s. those chunks in Carsons pudding do not reflect my inability to make a smooth consistant pudding mix. His pictured became one with his pudding ;)
and it wasn't long before the mess became too much and the only option was to stick them on them patio and give them free reign with the hose.

LOVE it! The first time I did chocolate jello pudding finger painting I put an apron on Carson but left his white onesie on...lesson learned. Next time it was vanilla pudding and just a diaper.

I always feel that way-like I want to be more spontaneous and fun. But if I plan to be fun and spontaneous ahead of time, am I really? Not sure. Haven't attempted this one with Jak yet, but maybe I should try!

Fun, fun. We make that kind of mess every day at breakfast, but I didn't know I was allowed to hose him down.

I love the picture of Brynlee in the bucket, it has to be the cutest one. Glad it was fun for all.

You're the coolest mom ever! I let savannah finger paint once...I turned my head and suddenly her clothes were off and her ENTIRE body was green. That was the day the paints went WAY up in the cupboard. lol...
